The CallTech International was established as the outsourcing multilingual contact center. The aim was to work with the European and North American companies in order to optimize their operational expenses, and help them to achieve their goals. The same year few small clients from USA and Switzerland have ordered the services from CallTech International, the story has began.
In the early 2006 we sign the contract with Dutch market research company, specialized on the construction industry market researches, during this year and many of the following years, up to present time, we have performed hundreds of CATI studies in different languages, and different European markets as well as Worldwide. Later in the 2006 we were referred to Belgium and German market research companies as truthful and efficient service provider on the CATI research market.
In the early 2007 we continue working with our existing permanent clients mainly doing CATI market research studies on different markets Worldwide, also during these days we were supporting our Swiss based client, with life chat support. In the second part of 2007 we got the contract with big non-profit organization from Italy, that was the time when CallTech International has starteded to provide new services, such as "fund rising", gaining of the new client have helped our team to start growing rapidly.
On the beginning of 2008 the team continue growing, thanks to the projects provided by existing long terms clients, as well as the new clients, both permanent and temporary, despite the fact of the World financial crisis severely hurting many business these days. As CallTech International team have grown we need better, and bigger office to accommodate our employees this was the year when we have moved to the new modern office based in the heart of our city.
In 2009 even we have continued serving our clients with the required services, we have felt the negative influence of World financial crisis, therefore the overall work loads was decreased. This year was hard for CallTech International, as well as many other business which were fighting hard in order to survive in the difficult economic realities. We were constantly promoting our services in order to find new business partners. In autumn 2009 we have mange to win the contract for two new Hong Kong based companies, and have started to provide multilingual customer support service on European markets.
The worst time of the economic crisis seems to be going away, the business of our clients starts to recover, therefore giving our professional team ability to grow once again.This was the year when CallTech International got many new clients, and start to provide much wide range of services, by the end of 2010 we were already working with companies from USA, Netherland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Russia and Hong Kong.
This was productive year for our company, in 2011 we have fulfilled several big CATI market research projects for our clients, including the one ordered by EU government organizations. This was the year when we have started our first multilingual project for the medical industry. By the end of the year we sign the contract with new big US based company, and have started ongoing multilingual project conducting "customer satisfaction surveys in many European countries.
This was the year when CallTech International have started to offer services in the native languages for many European countries. The same year we have start building our wide web of remote contractors, and subcontractors providing us with the necessary services, vital for our clients successful businesses. In 2012 we got our first permanent client from Sweden, with whom we are working up to present time. Also it was the year when CallTech International team once again has migrated to the new better and bigger office, which is still a home place for our employees up to present time.
This was the year when CallTech International has widely expanded his operations activities to many European countries. This year we got our first employees from many European countries such as Germany, UK, Italy France, Spain, Sweden and many other. 2013 was successful year for CallTech we got many new businesses from different European countries as well as started working with the companies from Australia and Canada.
This was prominent year for CallTech, we came to logical phase of our company development, having both many customers and employees in EU countries, our company have changed its name from CallTech International to CallTech Outsourcing LLP, and become officially registered company in United Kingdom.
Was fruitful year for CallTech Outsourcing, our professional team continue to grow and gain experience. This year we had successfully fulfilled many of the temporary projects, as well as continue working on the permanent projects for the different companies Worldwide, including foreign government organizations. We got the new client from United Kingdom for the data enrichment projects. Also this was the year when our team have celebrated 10th anniversary of CallTech.
In 2016 CallTech Outsourcing showed stable grow, this year we have signed contracts with few new clients for both inbound and outbound multilingual call center services. This was also the year when we have expanded our office space.In 2016 CallTech Outsourcing finally have started customized software programming for our own, and customers operational needs.
